My career has been shaped by working across cultures, markets, and mindsets - which is a gift in hospitality, where “local” and “global” always happen in the same lobby. I have learned to listen fast, adapt with respect, and translate between different ways of leading and collaborating. That perspective helps me spot what’s universal in guest expectations - and what must stay deeply local. In every new context, I look for the common language: people, purpose, and performance.
From Hospitality to Technology
Curiosity has always been my compass. After learning the craft of guest experience in hospitality, I followed my strongest interest – technology - into IT, systems, and how digital infrastructure works behind the scenes. From analytics to automation & AI, from martech stacks to practical governance, I care about making technology understandable and genuinely useful for leaders. The goal is not “more tools” - It’s better decisions, smarter workflows, and experiences that guests immediately feel.
