Research that shaped my frameworks

These two publications are where I first put my thinking to the test – not in a boardroom, but in structured research.

One explores a timeless premium question: what truly creates loyalty when the product is an experience? The other tackles a different challenge: how do you position and package a complex digital offer so it becomes clear, credible, and easy to choose?

They were written earlier in my career, but the core themes have only become more relevant: trust, clarity, customer value, and the systems behind great experiences. In 2026, I’m translating both into updated, practical industry editions – designed to be used as articles, frameworks, visuals, podcast conversations, and executive workshops.

If you want to understand how I connect academic insight with real-world execution, start here.

MBA Dissertation — Les Roches

This dissertation started as a question I kept seeing in premium hospitality: how do you earn loyalty when expectations rise faster than your tech stack? It’s grounded in 12 months of first-hand research and live project implementation across the luxury resort world – with brand context from Soneva and Six Senses – connecting guest experience, digital touchpoints, and eCRM into one practical loyalty system you can actually run, measure, and improve. At its core, it’s a study in how modern luxury brands protect what matters most – trust – while still evolving with data, channels, and changing guest behaviour.

Diploma Paper — IHM Business School

In this diploma paper, I developed a first-year go-to-market plan for a search marketing and digital visibility provider entering the Swedish market. The work focuses on segmentation, competitor logic, and the decision mechanics behind choosing a supplier – then translates a broad service portfolio into three clear, confidence-building packages for SMEs, plus a tailored path for larger organizations. The outcome is an offer architecture designed to reduce buying friction and enable measurable customer growth.
