I still remember that very first big stage – the Eget Företag fair at Stockholmsmässan in 2017. It was the start of something bigger. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of speaking on many different stages and in many different formats: from inspirational talks at IHM Business School to Executive MBA courses in strategic digital marketing and sales at Les Roches, SEO training for SME companies, and workshops on how to drive growth through digital channels – both externally and internally for organizations and executive teams.
When the pandemic changed the world, digital stages became the natural next step – and an opportunity to reach a global audience. These days, I’m just as comfortable speaking in Bangkok or Stockholm as I am presenting virtually to an audience without borders. No matter the format, it always comes down to communication, storytelling, and emotional connection. Truly knowing your topic and delivering it with presence – that’s what creates impact. Sure, speaking fluently in Nordic and English-speaking markets helps – but what matters even more is understanding cultural nuances, behaviour, and communication across boundaries.
I spent the first half of my career in global luxury hospitality – where the guest experience is always at the centre, and feedback happens in real time, just an arm’s length away. That taught me that every presentation is also an experience. I’ve continued to evolve that skill set across industries – from tech and digital to pharma and beyond.
There are also a few people I want to recognize – individuals who’ve made a real difference along the way: Urban Berggren, Tuomas Liwendahl, Mats Evergren, Philippe Krenzer, Dimitrios Diamantis, Samuel Sylvander, Annmarie Gubanski, Emma Bowden, and Marie Fiaschi – thank you for giving me the tools, opening doors to new stages, sharing your insights, and showing me the way. That kind of support never goes unnoticed.
Today, I’m proud to use my stage presence and experience to support both people and organizations in transition – most recently at the BMS Winter Conference, speaking on omni-channel, digital readiness, and customer journeys. And now, with AI as a key driver and my ongoing journey toward becoming a certified coach (with ICF certification as the next step), I’m even more committed to helping others unlock their full potential – and ensuring that technology is used in a way that’s smart, human, and meaningful.
💡 Digital growth always starts with people who want to lead change – and who aim to be just a little better than the day before. That passion is what drives progress, performance – and results.
